The Florida Heartland Economic Region of Opportunity is an economic powerhouse of six counties located in the heart of Florida’s booming economy. These counties include DeSoto, Glades, Hardee, Hendry, Highlands and Okeechobee as well as the cities of Belle Glade, Pahokee, South Bay and the Community of Immokalee.
